Welcome!
We are working for your pleasant and relaxing stay, and make rules to maintain the expected quality.
Please, read our house rules.


After your reservation, you accept the house rules and you oblige to follow the rules.


Our guesthouse is operated as other accommodation.


  1. Upon arriving you must hand over your personnel documents for registration (ID card or passport), and the booking fee and tourist tax. You can check in only after paying the full amount.

  2. The full amount means the booked period, in case you interrupt your stay we cannot refund the booking fee.

  3. Upon the day of arrival the accommodation is available from 14.00 until 20.00, we (the owner or his colleague) will show you the apartment personally. If you arrive later please call us on the phone, if you fail to do it, we may not be able to welcome you.

  4. Upon departure you must leave the accommodation until 10.00 a.m., otherwise you will the charged 3000 HUF/ half an hour.

  5. When you arrive you will get a gate key, house key and a room key to move freely. When leaving we agree about handing over the keys.

  6. In the guesthouse we have free Wi-Fi system.

  7. You can park in front of the Villa on the stoned area.

  8. Only guests can stay in the accommodation.

  9. Please respect the silence decree and try to avoid making noise. We kindly ask you to move around silently in the house early morning and late night.

  10. Guests are responsible for their behaviour in the house and surrounding area, and in the case of an accident they shall bear the consequences themselves.

  11. You mustn’t smoke in the rooms, only in the yard outside on designated place. This rule includes the e-cigarette and IQOS too. Please leave the cigarettes in the ashtrays.

  12. You mustn’t take animals to the accommodation.

  13. Guests themselves are responsible for personal property and valuables left in the apartments/rooms and the owner is not responsible for the subsequent loss thereof.

  14. You are responsible for any damage caused by own electric device, and you must pay any damage.

  15. Please take care of tidiness and the equipment of the house and don’t take them outside e.g.: towels, pillows, blanket.

  16. Cleaning service is provided once a week, If you need cleaning service on a daily basis it is available for extra fee.

  17. Iron and ironing board is available for free upon your request.

  18. Any damage on the territory of the accommodation the wrongdoer (or legal representative) must compensate.When leaving the rooms, please turn off the water, electricity, close the window and close the door!

  19. Bringing in explosive and easily flammable material is not permitted.

  20. Lock the doors to the apartments/rooms from the inside and when going out be sure to lock the doors and windows, close sunshades, switch off the lights and all electrical appliances, and turn off the taps.

  21. We have the right to cancel the accommodation if the guests don’t follow the house rules. In this case we can’t refund the remaining days. We can’t host guests under influence of alcohol or aggressive guests.

  22. Lost properties: Food articles, medicines will be destroy. Other properties will be saved for ten days. If the legal owner asks for the lost property he/she has to produce ID card and compensate the cost. Only in this case we can return the lost property.

  23. We ask you if you find any kind of failure please let us know.

  24. With booking the accommodation you accept understanding the house rules.
